Bulk Beef Bundles

Beef bundles are available by reservation. A $50 deposit is required to make a reservation. Bundles are officially reserved in the order deposits are received

You are welcome to come by the farm to drop of a deposit, or you can mail us a check. Please contact Monica before mailing a check. Reserve your beef bundle today!

We are located near Liberty, Kentucky. Our beef bundles are available for local farm pick up. Please note: We are not equipped to ship our beef at this time.

After the cattle arrive at the processor's, we will contact you to set up a time and date to pick up your beef . You will be responsible to pick up your meat during this window of time. Pick up time will be about 3 weeks after the processing date. Full payment is due when you pick up your beef.

Paleo Pasture Package - $529 BONE-IN BEEF BUNDLE: Approximately 50 lb. assortment of bone-In roasts, as well as ground beef, steaks, and variety cuts including stew meat, organ meats, and meaty soup bones. Cost $10.58/lb.
Firefly Family Package -$549 BONE-LESS BEEF BUNDLE: 50 lb. Family-friendly assortment of steaks, bone-Less roasts, ground beef and variety cuts. Cost $10.98/lb.
Super Sampler - $125 BEEF BUNDLE: 10 lb. Want to try our beef before committing to a larger bundle? Here we have a small introductory package where you get to sample some of our individual cuts, try a roast and experience our ground beef!
Quarter Cow Standard Bundle- $999 Our standard cut 100 lb. bundle of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and variety cuts from across both front and hindquarters. Best value for space and budget! A deposit of $200 is required to reserve the Quarter Cow.
